Medicare open enrollment starts today! Our AU-SHIP Medicare Outreach Event at the Lee-Russell Council of Governments in Opelika, AL was a great success! Two pharmacy students from the Auburn University Harrison School of Pharmacy provided one-on-one Medicare Part D counseling via phone. They were able to assist eleven individuals from the local community in selecting the best Medicare prescription drug plan for 2022. We are appreciated the wonderful assistance from Dawn Glascock at the event! Thank you, everyone!
